Henneke Brink
The board has asked Henneke Brink to act as external and independent
confidant for our association. Henneke is not only confidant but
also mediator, municipal complaint handler and she writes a lot about her profession. We hope
that Henneke can offer a listening ear and fine guidance when our members need

About the confidant:
You can turn to the confidant if you encounter
undesirable behavior within the association, integrity issues, a moral dilemma or any other
association-related concern. With the confidant you can tell your story ‘safely’ and in complete
confidentiality. You always determine and retain control over what happens to that
story, and only with your explicit consent may it be shared with others
. (Obviously: unless there is serious danger or a legal obligation to report).
The confidant can help with (exploring) follow-up steps, such as starting a
conversation, filing a report or seeking appropriate
help. If necessary, the confidant can give the association management
a (fully anonymized) advice on improving social safety
within the association.
